I have received a product I didn’t order. What do I do?
Here at ONORI, we do our best to ensure your orders are accurate and complete. However, if you find an item you didn’t order in your package, please arrange for a return using the Order Details - Return Section.

We will ensure your shipping is covered. Please make sure your item is in the same condition as it was received with the original packaging.
You’ll have 10 days from when you’ve received your incorrect item to return it.
Should you need to place a new order, you will be issued store credit.
I’m missing an item from my order. What do I do?
While the team at ONORI do our best to ensure your orders are accurate and complete, should you be missing an item from your order, we are more than happy to help and rectify it.
Simply get in touch with our Customer Service team through our Contact Form.
Our team will investigate and get back to you within 2-3 working days before sending you your missing item.

An item in my order is damaged. What do I do?
Quality control is a vital priority for ONORI. If an item in your order is damaged, please return your product using the “Order Details - Return Section.”
When prompted for a reason for return, select “Damaged Item Received.” Or or contact us through: info@onorithelabel.com & +971 56 614 2125
After the damaged item has been received and inspected from our side, you will be issued full store credit as we do not offer refunds.
How can I cancel my order?
Should you wish to cancel your ONORI order, you are free to do so within 24 hours of order placement. Simply head to the “My Order” page on the ONORI website and choose “Cancel Order” or contact us through: info@onorithelabel.com & +971 56 614 2125
How do I return my order?
To return your order, head to the {Order Details - My Orders} section on your logged in account on the ONORI website.

Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping, as well as covering any customs charges. Once the item is received and inspected to ensure it is in pristine condition, the customer will be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
How do I know if ONORI has received my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an email from ONORI confirming that your order has been received. You will receive a further email once your order has been dispatched.
Can I change or amend the items in my order after the order has been placed?
Unfortunately, ONORI does not allow changes to orders once they have been placed. However, you may contact us at info@onorithelabel.com or +971 614 2125, and our support team will do their best to assist you.

Where does ONORI ship to?
ONORI is proud to offer global shipping.
After placing my order, when can I expect it to arrive?
Shipping and delivery times may vary based on your location, busy periods and public holidays.
However, on average, delivery is within 2-7 days and 10-15 days for items purchased on pre order basis
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are subjective to your geographic location. After inputting your address and country, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link and tracking number through email. Click on this to track your order.
I’ve missed my delivery. How can I get my order re-shipped?
If you are in the UAE and have missed your delivery, please {get in touch} with us and we will rearrange your delivery at a convenient date and time.
If you are outside of the UAE, you are always welcome to {get in touch} with us to investigate your missed delivery, but it may be faster to contact DHL directly.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, ONORI currently only ships to one address per order. If you’d like to ship to various addresses, you’ll need to place an order per delivery location.
